The group of companies " RIWord " was established in 1999. The basic production capacities are located on a foundry of investment casting "InnTex ECO" and are able to make 3000 tons of non-ferrous metals casting a year.
Production facilities include:
- non-ferrous metals foundry;
- machining of cast parts;
- division of non-ferrous metal smelter
 
Core operations are - manufacture of parts for automobile industry, mechanical engineering – robotic wokcells, , hydraulic, a pneumatic industries. The key consumers of our products are - companies from Germany, the USA, Russia.

Our foundry is customer oriented making cast parts and mould according to the drawing and samples of customers.
Foundry InnTex ECO specializes in the pressure die casting of aluminium, brass and zinc alloys with the use of fully automatic foundry complex with computer control of workcycle data.
The method of high pressure casting allows to make products of high precision, complex configuration, products that require minimum mechanical processing.
 What are the distinguishing features of our production processes?
Since we have a unique technology of detailed mathematical modelling of foundry processes, we can ensure full technological control of pressing speeds and forces in all processes.
Computer control of manufacturing processes ensure the conformity of real processes to reference processes, thus, we can model the quality of castings and model the whole foundry process, i.e. we have a quality management system of a really new level.
The machines and equipment pool installed by our company, also corresponds in full measure to the meaning of the word "innovation" – a component of our company's name. Foundry InnTex ECO possesses high and low pressure casting machines with unique properties. For instance, there is a three-phase modernized pressing unit with two separate circuits. Two-circuit pressing mechanism with a gas multiplier drive and adjusting proportional hydroapparatuses made by Parker-Hannifin located on the drain line of the unit allow to reduce considerably the spoilage of the castings as to porosity (which is characteristic of machines of other design and which results from taking the air from the compression box, hydroblow at the end of filling the mould and instable maintenance of process variables set.
 High technical level of the equipment, wide range of technological capacities of the pressing unit and the control system, the safety of the elemental base of the hydraulic apparatuses and electronic apparatuses allow to use these machines for founding articles which require high responsibility.
The weight of the castings produced by high pressure casting is up to 6.5 kg. The maximum size: 700 x 700 x 500 mm, the precision of the castings conforms to class 2 to 4.
Foundry InnTex ECO engages in development and production of press molds and tools for pressure casting, performs all the types of mechanical processing.

Consumer products are also the important part of our activity, the latter business relates to the company ‘Largus+’ (OOO) and includes such Goods as furniture accessories and advertisement displays. Our innovative character positively helps us in such specific businesses, combining industrial and design approaches to products.
